Q. What are your return policies?

We are more than happy to exchange the product for you if it is damaged. However, if that is not the case, any product once sold cannot be exchanged or returned.

Q. How can I return or exchange the damaged furniture delivered to me?

Q. What if I wish to cancel my order before delivery?

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting our sales associate or the showroom where your purchase was made. For orders cancelled within 72 hrs of placing the order, full amount paid will be refunded within 48 hrs to original mode of payment. Cancellation charges may apply for such scenarios which will be informed by our customer care executive.

Q. When will my furniture get assembled/installed?

Most of our products are assembled by our own carpenters. For product which requires assembly, we will make sure that our team arrives at the location within 24-48 hours to initiate the process. Q. Do I need to assemble the furniture by myself?

The assembling of the product depends upon the built and structure, however any of the followings could match your purchase.

  • No Assembly required – These products are built for ready to use and does not require any assembly.
  • Self-Assembly – These Furniture comes with assembly instructions and has a basic assembly procedure that can be done with simple tools.
  • Assembly Required – Any furniture that requires Carpenter Assembly or professional service, for which we offer assembly services across all major and metro cities.

Q. How do I pay for my furniture?

You can shop with any of the following payment options with us: Credit Cards, Debit Cards and Netbanking. You can even opt for partial payment for large orders or call our customer service number to avail the same.

Q. Is there a store which I can visit?

Yes, Inhouz has two stores in Gurgaon and Noida. It is designed for the customers to experience our beautifully handcrafted products.

Yes Inhouz allows you to customize any furniture to your needs and desires.

Q. Does my furniture come with a warranty?

All Inhouz furniture comes with a lifetime warranty (refer warranty section*). Any damage due to mishandling by the customer will not be covered under the warranty.
